Steve Harris,

Lead Investor & Co-founder

Co- founder and chief visionary, Steve was a driving force behind establishing Podia. Prior to Podia, Steve was a co-founder and CEO of SIPHON Networks, a leading UC Distributor which was sold to the Rigby Group in 2016. Steve remained in the business as CEO & Chairman until 2021. He has been in the communications industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience and relationships in the UC and AV markets.

Rob Smith,

Lead Investor & Co-founder

As co-founder, Rob provides input across all areas of the business and loves to provide solutions, support and guidance to all staff across every department. Rob was also a co-founder of SIPHON Networks having held both CTO and COO roles from 2009 to 2020. With 25 years’ experience in the communications industry, Rob is extremely knowledgeable across all areas of technology and business operations.

Andy Pearce,

Chief Executive Officer

Andy is our new CEO and one of our investors. He is an extremely experienced senior executive with a strong commercial, financial and operational track record spanning over 20 years in the communications industry. Boasting varied international management and leadership experience, Andy’s passion for perfection and team alignment makes him the perfect person for driving the business forward.

Amy Newton,

Chief Marketing Officer

Amy is the creative mind behind all Podia marketing and digital presence. Supported by a team of marketing and data executives, Amy brings her wealth of diverse business knowledge and passion for detailed excellence to the team. With a background in the technology industry, experience of working with a range of B2B and B2C companies and an impressive CV full of management experience, she is a vital part of the Podia team.

Alan North,

Chief Commercial Officer

Alan oversees all sales activity and is responsible for business operations and all our strategic partnership at Podia. Alan has a long and distinguished background in the AV industry and has worked closely with many of our key technology vendors. His most recent Exec role was as Managing Director of Avex International’s UK business.

Sam Davies,

Finance Director

Controller of the Podia purse strings, Sam is an ACCA qualified Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in finance, holding various senior positions at a multitude of different companies over the last decade. Sam has an extremely broad skill set and is proficient in managing all areas of finance, reporting and human resources.

Jane Phillips,

Business Support Manager

Jane is the lynchpin within the Podia team, she is the one who organises everyone, our suppliers, our staff and our processes. With a background as an Executive Assistant, in project management and organising events, Jane wears many hats in Podia and ensures the smooth running of the business as a whole. Jane is also proudly one of Podia's Mental Health First Aiders, qualified by MHFA England.

Product Manager

As the Podia Product manager Harpreet has worked extensively to bring our professional workspaces to market. Working alongside our commercial management team, his attention to detail, supply chain management background, and client service experience ensures our processes run smoothly.

Lars Purschke,

Chief Executive Officer

With the founding of Podia GmbH in Germany, Lars has come on board as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder for the German business. He has more than 15 years' international management experience in various industries. Having a strong IT background, Lars also brings a lot of knowledge about building new organisations and business models and loves to drive things forward.
