A Modern Meeting Challenge

FutureKings is a branding agency with staff based in both Bristol and London, that collaborates closely with its clients. As an employer, they also encourage hybrid working so the requirement for a video-based meeting space that offered simple cross-site working, simple connectivity, and a high-quality experience was the basis of their search. 

Presentation is also key as the collaborative area was also required for client meetings and presentations, so a sleek setup that represents    FutureKings and the industry they are in was an absolute must-have.

The Project

FutureKings were looking for dedicated meeting space within their open place office. Having recently taken up residence in The Paintworks, a trendy location in Bristol, the workspace needed to align with a fashionable look and creative ambiance. To achieve this, a bespoke solution was created which allowed the compact area to be maximised in terms of usability and hybrid participation.

Elevating Furniture

High huddle furniture and barstools were chosen as these solutions can be used for both standing and seated discussions. Perfect for formal and relaxed sessions, the streamlined design offers space-saving features as well as is ideal for encouraging innovative thinking for this contemporary team. The look was also important with the rich black and warming oak tones suiting the area perfectly.

Transformative Technology

For this modern business, only professional technology would suit which is why the HD video conferencing system complete with display unit was installed. Allowing meetings to take place at the click of a button, this option was chosen as it allows the small space to welcome endless amounts of users virtually. Finally, so that multiple sessions can take place concurrently, noise-cancelling headsets have been deployed.
